Womb-Nourish Elixir Recipe

(recipe yields 4-6 cups)


Ingredients:


  • Clitoria Ternatea (Butterfly Pea Flower): 8 -- 12 flowers

  • Blue Lotus (Nymphaea Caerulea): 2 -- 4 flowers

  • Dried Blueberries: 4–6 teaspoons

  • Maple Syrup: 4–6 teaspoons (adjust to taste)

  • Fresh Lemon Juice: 2–3 tsp

  • Fresh Lime Juice: 2–3 tsp

  • Hot Water: 4–6 cups (80–85 °C / 175–185 °F)


Optional Additions for Enhanced Womb Support:


  • Rose Petals: 2–3 tsp

  • Chamomile Flowers: 1–2 tsp

  • Hibiscus Petals: 1–2 tsp


Instructions


  1. Heat water

    • Warm 4–6 cups of water to 80–85 °C. Do not boil.


  2. Add herbs and fruit

    • Place Clitoria, Blue Lotus, dried blueberries, and optional petals in a large teapot or heatproof container.


  3. Steep

    • Pour hot water over the herbs.

    • Cover and steep 5–10 minutes.


  4. Strain

    • Remove flowers and berries. The infusion will be deep blue, shifting to purple/pink once citrus is added.


  5. Add citrus

    • Stir in lemon and lime juice (2–3 tsp each). Watch the color transform xx


  6. Sweeten

    • Add maple syrup (4–6 tsp) to taste. Stir until dissolved.


  7. Serve or store

    • Can be consumed warm or iced

    • Store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
